The Marin Heat Girls Flag Football League is a girls-only rec league, designed to inspire more girls to become football lovers and confident athletes in the world’s fastest-growing (and now Olympic) sport! Open to players of all skill levels, the Marin Heat Girls Flag Football League offers a fun and supportive environment where learning, teamwork, and competition come together on the field.
Marin Heat is Marin County's elite youth flag football travel club, and our certified and multi-tournament-winning coaches will be actively participating on the field to help give athletes top-quality instruction and support.

What: 5 on 5 flag football, small teams, everyone plays
Bring: Water bottle, cleats, a great attitude, and enthusiasm. Uniforms will be distributed on the first day
